1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bhoraniya Hardware Management System ("System," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the System.

These Terms govern all use of the System by all authorized users, including administrators, managers, and staff members of Bhoraniya Hardware.

2 Eligibility & Access

Access to this System is restricted to authorized personnel only. You may use the System only if:

• You have been granted access by a system administrator
• You are an employee or authorized representative of Bhoraniya Hardware
• You agree to use the System only for legitimate internal business purposes
• You are at least 18 years of age

3 User Accounts & Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. As a user of this System, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) strictly confidential
• Not share your account with any other person
• Immediately notify your administrator of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out of the System after each session, especially on shared devices
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4 Permitted Use

You may use the System only for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Creating and managing sales invoices and entries
• Recording and tracking stock in and stock out movements
• Managing the product catalog, rates, units, and categories
• Managing customer and party information
• Viewing and generating business reports and analytics
• Managing company profiles and business settings (for authorized roles)
• Communicating with team members via the internal daily update module
• Managing vehicle and delivery records

5 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, modules, or data beyond your assigned role
• Copying, exporting, or distributing proprietary business data to unauthorized parties
• Entering false, misleading, or fraudulent data into the System
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the System's code or database
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or harmful files into the System
• Using the System in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Using another user's credentials to access the System
• Taking screenshots or recordings of sensitive business data for personal use

6 Role-Based Access Control

Access to different modules and features of the System is governed by a role-based permission system. Users are granted only the permissions necessary for their job function. You must:

• Operate only within the scope of your assigned role and permissions
• Not attempt to bypass or circumvent access restrictions
• Report any permissions that appear incorrectly assigned to your administrator
• Accept that your role and permissions may be changed at any time by the system administrator

7 Data Ownership & Confidentiality

All data entered into and generated by the System is the sole property of Bhoraniya Hardware. This includes but is not limited to:

• All sales entries, invoices, and financial records
• Customer and party information and contact details
• Product catalog data, pricing, and inventory information
• Internal communications and daily update messages
• Reports, analytics, and business insights generated by the System

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business data you access through the System, both during and after your employment or association with Bhoraniya Hardware.

8 Geolocation & Monitoring

By using this System, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Your geographic location (latitude/longitude) may be recorded at each login for security and audit purposes
• Your IP address is logged at each session
• Your activity within the System (pages visited, actions taken) may be monitored and logged
• Login timestamps and session durations are recorded for audit purposes

9 Intellectual Property

The Bhoraniya Hardware Management System, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Bhoraniya Hardware and its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System solely for its intended business purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the System
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the System
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the System
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the System

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that:

• The System will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• All data entered by users is accurate or complete
• The System will meet every specific business requirement
• Any errors or bugs will be corrected immediately

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhoraniya Hardware and the System's developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the System, including loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

12 Account Termination

Bhoraniya Hardware reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• End of employment or authorized association with Bhoraniya Hardware
• Suspected security breach or unauthorized activity
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the organization or the System

Upon termination, your right to access the System ceases immediately. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
